Cost: Passive
Description: Lily lashes her whip around something, then pulls it towards her. Deals no damage by the way, only pulling.
Effect: Pulls inaminate objects or people towards Lily.
History: Lily found the whip could stretch and when she pulled in in a certain way, the whip would wrap around an foe or object easily. And so this ability was born. ( ITSA GIRL!!)

| I'm reading this and I'm like...  Isn't that kinda something that whips can do? o.O Is there really any need to waste DP on something that has like....no supernaturality at all? | |
